Who Done It — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of whodoneit.com (the "Site") and any subscription purchased through it, operated by AGIN LLC ("we," "us," "our").

Subscriptions. Who Done It sells access to serialized mystery story collections, delivered as physical letters by mail, on either a monthly recurring basis or a 12-month prepaid basis, as described at checkout. Subscriptions do not auto-renew beyond their stated term — monthly billing continues only until you cancel or the 12-month case concludes; prepaid plans are a single one-time payment covering the full case.

Cancellation. Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time through their account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect on the next billing cycle.

Shipping. We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Content. All story content, character names, and story artwork are original works owned by AGIN LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Age guidance. Our stories are written for a general adult audience and recommended for readers 12 and up; content includes mystery, suspense, and light peril without graphic material.

Limitation of liability. Who Done It and AGIN LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or subscription.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
