Who Done It — Shipping Policy

Where we ship. Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order and every tier.

Schedule. Letters are mailed twice a month - on the 2nd and 4th week - for the full 12-month run of your chosen case (24 mailings total). You'll select your first ship date at checkout.

Delivery time. Once mailed, domestic deliveries typically arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location and postal service conditions. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Address changes. If you move during your subscription, update your shipping address through your account or by contacting support before the next mailing's cutoff date to avoid a missed delivery.

Lost or damaged mail. If a mailing doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it at no charge.
